Regional Validation Team's Monitoring in Diocolano ES Resumption of Limited Face-to-face Classes


Simultaneously with Cotabato City National High School, Diocolano Elementary School, Cotabato City Division began her limited face-to-face classes last February 21, 2022 after passing the validation conducted by Regional Validation Team in accordance with SRA (School Readiness Assessment and SSAT (School Safety Assessment Tool). 

Joint Regional Validation Team and Cotabato City Division worked hand-in-hand for monitoring the initial implementation of in-person face-to-face learning modality in Diocolano Elementary School headed by Sanimbai K. Diocolano. The first school monitored was Cotabato City National High School - Bubong Site led by Asec Alfhadar J. Pajiji, DRRM Section Chief while the Cotabato City SDS advanced with other division staff to Diocolano ES. 

A short program was held in Diocolano ES after room-to-room inspection of limited face-to-face classes observed Asec Fhadz and his members. In his message, Asec Fhadz expressed words of gratitude and delightfulness, in behalf of MBHTE over the resumption of in-person learning modality as well as the willingness of every student to meet in face-to-face with all teachers, personnel and principal of the school as he heard from many students he questioned during his grade-level-to-level observations.



               

F2F Classes Monitoring Team in Cotabato City National HS - Bubong Site


On February 21, 2022, Cotabato City Division invited Regional Validation Team headed by Asec Alfhadar J. Pajiji, MBHTE-DRRM Section Chief to join the Division Monitoring Team to Cotabato City National High School - Bubong Site headed by Samer G. Mentok. Along with Asec Fhadz were Prescilla C. Querante, Nur-ain M. Abas, Alanisa M. Bantuas, and Samoore S. Ladjahali. Also with the team was the Save the Children.

Samer G. Mentok with all his staff and personnel warmly welcomed the monitoring team. One of his teachers documented every setting of the activity. Maximum installation of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) were usable for every visitor before entry to the classrooms. Every member of the Monitoring Team was required to log in the record book. 

The school head led the Monitoring Team for room-to-room inspection filled with limited number of students in accordance with the guidelines for piloting limited face-to-face classes. Asec Fhadz questioned some students how they felt going back to in-person face-to-face classroom learning. Students replied in a very well response that face-to-face learning modality would be more enhancing factor towards their learning compared to modular type of learning. 

After room-to-room inspection, Mr. Mentok invited the Monitoring Team to his school office where snacks and foods were hospitably served. Asec Fhadz reminded everyone to have groupie before proceeding to the next school initially implementing face-to-face resumption of classes.





           

2-Day Workshop on Contingency Planning and Micro Planning


At EM Manor Hotel, Cotabato City, the 2-Day Workshop on Contingency Planning and Micro Planning took place last February 17-18, 2022 in partnership with MBHTE, UNICEF, Save the Children, USAID, and PATHWAYS. The activity aimed to ensure safety and success of the implementation of the in-person conduct of face-to-face classes across areas in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
