F2F Classes Monitoring Team in Cotabato City National HS - Bubong Site

On February 21, 2022, Cotabato City Division invited Regional Validation Team headed by Asec Alfhadar J. Pajiji, MBHTE-DRRM Section Chief to join the Division Monitoring Team to Cotabato City National High School - Bubong Site headed by Samer G. Mentok. Along with Asec Fhadz were Prescilla C. Querante, Nur-ain M. Abas, Alanisa M. Bantuas, and Samoore S. Ladjahali. Also with the team was the Save the Children.

Samer G. Mentok with all his staff and personnel warmly welcomed the monitoring team. One of his teachers documented every setting of the activity. Maximum installation of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) were usable for every visitor before entry to the classrooms. Every member of the Monitoring Team was required to log in the record book.

The school head led the Monitoring Team for room-to-room inspection filled with limited number of students in accordance with the guidelines for piloting limited face-to-face classes. Asec Fhadz questioned some students how they felt going back to in-person face-to-face classroom learning. Students replied in a very well response that face-to-face learning modality would be more enhancing factor towards their learning compared to modular type of learning.

After room-to-room inspection, Mr. Mentok invited the Monitoring Team to his school office where snacks and foods were hospitably served. Asec Fhadz reminded everyone to have groupie before proceeding to the next school initially implementing face-to-face resumption of classes.
