Successful Upgrading: Restart

Getting into a higher version slipped on the tongue several times. Thought could hardly believe how it would come into reality. Destiny is indeed inevitable.  Once it happens, the exemption is mightier than the rule. It regulates all the shortcomings based on a single virtue just to put its doer on the higher level.  In compliance with SDS, Ph.D. Hji. Kiram K. Irilis, RS 150 reached as far as Cotabato City on January 12, 2020. Arrival was ahead of the Boss heading Sulu Delegation to BARMMAA (Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Athletic Association) 2020 which was held in South Upi, Maguindanao from January 16-22, 2020. Panda Palace was a very cheap accommodation where a shortcut road to ORG would be decongested. Confrontation with the MBHTE (Ministry of Basic Higher and Technical Education) Atty. Haron Miling, MBHTE Deputy Minister, and  Officer-In-Charge, while the Minister was on official travel, took place in South Upi Municipal Conference Hall in the afternoon a day before the opening program of BARMMAA 2020. Before it, I greatly appreciated my former SDS who sincerely expressed her concern about her supportive district instructional leader's future.

I met the OIC after a formal talk with Sulu Division SDS assisted by the two (2) Assistant Secretary for Academics and Assistant Secretary for Special Programs and Projects. Sir PhD. Irilis called on me while I was loitering in South Upi Park that the two Asecs were waiting in the 2nd Floor where they continued the discussion on my affair. "What can you say, Asec Fhadz?" OIC asked? "He is one of our performing PSDS, so we should accommodate him in our office" Asec Fhadz replied. "He can be temporarily detailed in my office under SBM" Asec Jun seconded. "We'll submit him to our Minister the moment he would be arriving" OIC concluded. OIC handed a piece of paper and asked Sam to write his full name, position, district, division, and contact number. While I was doing what he told me to do so, my heart whispered the reality and success of what I uttered before in front of many ISDians. The restart would surely be upgrading all updates and making it successfully installed.
