Office

Based on the Bangsamoro Administrative Code, MBHTE came up with Memorandum Office Order No. 412 s. 2021 dated April 14, 2021, subject: New MBHTE Employees' Structure for the Office of the Minister. The Office of the Assitant Secretary for Special Programs and Projects headed by Asec Alfhadar J. Pajiji appeared dissolved. In the above-mentioned memorandum, Asec has been designated as Section Chief of DRRM under the Education Support Division. There are five sections that fall under Education Support Division namely: 1. Education Facilities Section; 2. DRRM Section; 3. National Program Management Section; 4. Government and Partnership Affairs Section; and 5. Awards and Scholarship Section.  Chief Alfhadar J. Pajiji and all the personnel assigned under him still perform their duties and functions in their old office described in the next paragraph. However, some of the personnel of Chief Fhadz were re-assigned to other offices, but they are still under the Office of the MBHTE Minister.

The office where Supersam is connected is situated on the second floor of this building. It was the first Office of the Secretary of DepED during the ARMM period. Then, Assistant Secretary for Special Programs and Projects occupied the office when the newly-constructed office for DepED-secretary was completed in the upper location of the area. There are also many sub-offices of MBHTE on the ground floor and campus of this building, but Asec Alfhadar P. Pajiji is the only MBHTE official holding office on the second floor.  The official address of the office now is the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Special Programs and Projects, MBHTE-BARMM, OCM Compound, Rosary Heights VII, Cotabato City, 9600. This is commonly by some employees in Lazada and Shopee.  This office is for reconstruction into a 4-storey building. Accordingly, all of the personnel in this office will vacate the building before June 2021. SPP employees under Asec Fhadz will be relocated to a certain area near Grotto.
